Marc Scamp is an immigrant from Holland, who actually ran away to join the circus and moved on to build parade floats and “carnivorous” clam shells for whoever would be interested. Once he was asked to build a giant garbage tornado for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency at the State Fair grounds. He is currently building in Northeast Minneapolis.
